工作职责：
1: Safety、5S improvement
A : Monitor the Key process and special manage the chemical material ensure the production safety.
B: Persist improve and monitor the implementation of 5S, improve the operational environment.
2: Quality improve
A: According the yearly quality object, strengthen process control, reduce the badness rate in process .
B: Persist improve productivity, seek for weakness take corrective action.
3: Cost control
A: Control the Non-Bom material fixture and others.
B: Control production status reduce the scrap rate.
4: Efficiency improve and delivery on time
A: according production plan delivery on time.
B: Improve operator skill .
5:Team building and Training to subordinates
A: Coaching subordinates improve manage skill.
B: Apprai se the performance of subordinates and provide on Job training.
C: Develop and motivate subordinates.
岗位要求：
1 .College graduate or above, major in Mechanical or electronic and relative fields
2. 5 years or above magnetic component technology work experience, and at least 3 years department management experience.
3. Good knowledge of the magnetic component, profuse experience of process engineering and manufactory, good communication skills, accountability, integrity, leadership, coordination, team building
