Key responsibilities:
1. Working as a part of project team and closely with PM, Sourcing, buyers, coordinate cross-functionally and participate milestone review;
2. Accordingly to Samsung project schedule, manage sourcing team to ensure material availability to support builds/ramp up/ECO, including proceed LA;
3. Based on SL lines allocation list/acquire RFQ, get BOM material costs and keep good traceability in system ( fenix ) ;
4. Coordinate alternate source (2nd sourcing) to support supply chain and cost reduction efforts;
5. Cost analysis and hold cost review meeting with sourcing/RD/customer to meet project target;
6. Present to project team for any material risk and give alert to sourcing team for project feedback linking to sourcing activities;
7. Acting as contact window with customer for material related issue.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above, 2-4 years equivalent experience in PM/MPM or purchasing experience;
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a good written and verbal command of English;
3. Strong knowledge and experience on the Microsoft applications such as Excel, Work and PowerPoint are necessary. Good knowledge of Agile, SAP will be helpful;
4. Must have very strong organizational and problem solving skills, self-motivated, action to meet project target and schedule;
5. Strong ability to work under pressure;
