Key Responsibilities:
1. Procedure and implementation
1.1 As the bridge, detailed communication with supplier for EPCOS' requirement and criteria.
1.2 Define the inspection method for IQC.
1.3 Provide the technical support to IQC and improve the inspection items and test method.
1.4 Work with supplier and IQC to establish and maintain the STS(ship-to-stock) system of raw material.
1.5 Maintain SQA procedure and operation instruction.
1.6 Work out the operation procedure and WI and monitor the implementation.
2. Solve RM quality issue
2.1 Solve or conduct SQA engineer to solve raw material issue detected in IQC, production line or customer complain.
2.2 Require supplier to provide 8D report and improvement action plan and follow up the implementation.
2.3 Develop and manage total quality of suppliers, incl. physical quality
2.4 Develop and maintain supply quality performance system
2.5 Liaise with supplier/subcontractor as a window in case of any quality related problems of raw materials which require closer examination/verification.
3. Supplier audit and improvement
3.1 Implement the supplier/subcontractor process audit according to the audit schedule or when the serious quality problem caused by raw material.
3.2 Before releasing the new material approval, require the supplier/subcontractor to provide the PPAP and review it.
3.3 Audit the supplier's management system and manufactory process and follow up the corrective action.
3.4 Support PU/SQM to do the system audit for suppliers according to the audit schedule, including audit for new supplier.
3.5 Manage or conduct supplier to establish and maintain a good quality ensurance and control system.
3.6 Continuously push supplier to improve and optimize their supply quality system.
4. Management and Training
4.1 Train IQC and Technician about RM knowledge.
4.2 Provide the technical support to IQC to continuously improve and optimize the measurement ability of incoming inspection.
Requirements:
1. Junior college or above, majoring in electronics, mechanical, electrical automatic control or a related field.
2. Solid experience in the electronics component production, preferable to work in transformer/choke manufacturing filed.
3. Good command of ISO/TS 16949 knowledge, e.g. internal auditor.
4. Good command of QC tool and TS16949 five tools.
5. 3 years or above quality management working experience in electronic components production, preferable to be familiar with inspection on raw material used in transformer.
6. Good quality cost knowledge and supply quality risk management.
7. Good project management ability
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
9. Good command of office software operation such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
10. Can read and write English, oral is preferable
