1, Daily check delivery plan with India buyer & DG buyer.
2, Weekly review CTB status and report to manager.
3, Define critical parts and control escalation parts,
4, Daily send CTB report & Critical part PSI to customer
5, Weekly con-call with customer to review material status
6, weekly compare BOM & ECN to control Risk buy PO for new project.
