Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal audit
1.1 Prepare internal audit plan, including Quality system audit, process audit and Radar checklist audit
1.2 Lessons learnt for internal audit finding in HO.
1.3 Coordinating of improvement for quality system weakness.
1.4 Provide training to local internal auditors.
1.5 Implement regular quality system weakness analysis.
1.6 ATS management.
1.7 Provide support to each process owner regarding root cause analysis and corrective action.
1.8 Follow up the internal audit status until it is closed.
2. External audit
2.1 coordinate external audit.
2.2 take corrective action for systematic weak points.
3. Training of quality tools
3.1 Plan training of quality tools
3.2 Implement training according to training plan
3.3 Check training effectiveness
3.4 Improve on quality training process
4. Maintain quality system
4.1 Handle daily issue regarding quality system.
4.2 Handle other projects that are related to quality system.??
Requirements:
1. B.S degree or above, Majoring electronics or mechanics is preferable.
2. Good understanding of TS16949/IATF16949:2016.
3. Basic knowledge of six sigma.
4. Well know TS16949 quality core tools
5. Qualified lead auditor
6. 8+ years’ experience in quality management field，5 years audit experience
