Specific Responsibilities 工作职责:
01、 Primary responsibility is to act as a bridge assisting the North America designers to drive their vision through development.
02、 Successful candidate will work closely with Spin Master’s Far East engineering teams, model shops and vendors, to provide on site design input on products through all stages of development. (From initial briefing, through model making to production).
03、 Design input will focus on aesthetics and play pattern.
04、 Travelling throughout China will be required.
Required Qualifications & Experience 任职资格及经验要求:
01、 University undergraduate in Industrial Design or equivalent.
02、 At least 5+ years design experience.
03、 Experience working with remote design teams in North America or Europe.
04、 Ability to draw/sketch product, a clear visual communicator.
05、 Clear communicator in English, both written and spoken.
06、 Solid knowledge of production techniques including injection molding, cut and sew and decoration methods.
07、 Experience providing cost down suggestions.
08、 Self-motivated and able to work independently, with an ability to priorities and manage multiple projects.
