Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
与供应商、客户和内部部门沟通，确保客户满意度与准时出货
Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements
协助产品开发过程，确保产品达到客户的质量和预算要求
Arrange sample submission to customers for approval
安排样品提交给客户审批
Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
了解客户需求，制定相应的采购方案
Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
与供应商保持良好的业务关系，确保开发与生产顺利进行
Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process
及时发现生产过程中出现的问题，并提供解决方案。
Work closely with the colleagues in different locations on quotation and follow-up merchandising, production control and order follow-up
与同事们密切合作，完成订单报价、生产与出货相关跟进工作
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements
Diploma or Above in related field
相关专业大专以上学历
At least 5 years’ experience of relevant products
5年以上的相关产品工作经验
Good command of written English，literate in Microsoft office programs；
良好的英语读写能力，熟练操作办公软件；
Good communication skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player and problem solver, be able to work under pressure.
良好的沟通能力，顾客导向，自我激励，团队合作精神，善于解决问题，能适应在压力环境下工作。
Travel is required if needed
