Job Responsibilities
• Must have experience on exporting footwear.
• Provide all necessary export documentation.
• Familiar with the documentation required for Sea/Air shipments for shipping export to international countries including but not limited to US/Canada/LATAM/EMEA and DTC requirement.
• Coordinate transportation and air/sea shipments.
• Experience working with foreign sales offices / clients.
• Arrange booking with forwarders.
• Communicate with factories about deliveries.
• Advise sales office / clients on shipment progress.
• Able to operate with integrity and discretion in dealing with confidential information.
• Able to use different systems to record/search/analysis shipping data.
• Result-oriented and have sense of cost-control.
Required Skills:
• Strong delivery control skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Strong sense of integrity.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Very organized, patient and has good communication skills.
• Being a person who looks forward to learn new skills.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, with a high level of professionalism is crucial to this role.
Advantages Skills
• Able to make the analysis using different tools like Tableau/Power BI to and visualize the data.
