Job Purpose:
Maximum equipment utilization via TPM, maintenance system builds up and optimization
Remain facility under good condition and provide sustainable energy for operation
Improve productivity via smart automation introduction
Key areas of accountability:
• Responsible for Maintenance management
o Ensure provide safe environment from equipment and maintenance point view
o Responsible for equipment maintenance and stability to improve and sustain machine running with high efficiency
o Driving root cause analysis for machine failure, continuously improve MBTF & MTTR
o Manage equipment spare parts, ensure line running smoothly.
o Implement effective Pre-maintenance and ensure machine running rate.
• Sustainable facility supplement
o Ensure factory utilization and support industrial growth
• Productivity improvement by equipment/Technology upgrade
o Continuously upgrade equipment and develop smart automation technology to improve productivity and quality
o Co-work with NPR buyers to procurement professional equipment / devices, participate Equipment supplier evaluation and qualification
• Continuous improvement and Lean deployment
o Maintain and continuous improvement maintenance system and keep consistency with IATF system requirement
o Improve maintenance cost year by year
o Responsible for TMP implementation in factory
• Budget management
o Manage budget and allocates the appropriate resources in respect with the budget perimeter. Implement necessary corrective actions for compliance.
• People management
o Development maintenance team competency to autonomy to support industrial upgrade
o Ensure that any new employee of his/her perimeter follows an Induction process.
o Ensure working standards are respected by team member
o Organize communication with team in daily, weekly & monthly basis
o Conduct annual appraisals, career interviews, succession planning for his team
o Perform OJT (on the Job Training) of his/her teams every day on standards & methodologies implemented
• Other task assigned by N+1
Job scope:
Plant wide utility supplement and facility maintenance, pre-maintenance, TPM implementation, capacity plan and equipment problem solving, equipment productivity via technology upgrade.
Qualification:
1. Academic/Professional Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in automation or relevant
2. Working Experience:
• minimum 7 years’ experience in industrial field
3. Expertise/Skills:
• Familiar with automation equipment management/maintenance
• Familiar with machine design, control unit and programming;
• Solid Project Management skills
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to think analytical
• Be able to use Auto-CAD
• Prefer be skill at Pro/E, Solid-work to design
• Hands on behaviour
4. Language skills:
• Fluent in English (both writing and verbal) and Mandarin
