Employee Relations Management: Managing employee relations, handling employee complaints, resolving disputes, and providing advice and support for employee welfare programs.
绩效管理: 设计、实施并监督绩效评估体系,确保员工表现得到公正评价,并提供发展建议。
Performance Management: Designing, implementing, and overseeing performance evaluation systems to ensure fair assessment of employee performance and offering development suggestions.
培训与发展: 确定培训需求,组织和协调培训计划,支持员工发展和职业规划。
Training and Development: Identifying training needs, organizing and coordinating training programs, supporting employee development, and career planning.
