工作职责:
1. Define business systems requirements jointly working with management and professional staff in the organization.
2. Work with Developer and maintain QAD ERP customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations using Progress 4GL and other tools.
3. Provide escalated support to business process issues not resolved through the normal business and IT support structures.
4. Manage and lead small business processes and solution related projects.
5. Conduct technical reviews and walk-through of IT design documentation with development and design team members.
6. Review and critique the technical documentation of other systems to assure quality products.
7. Stay updated on QAD ERP best practices, new features, and enhancements.
8. Train and mentor other QAD ERP users and analysts.
岗位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. 5+ years of work experience with QAD ERP, including QAD Enterprise Applications, QAD Financials, QAD Distribution, QAD Manufacturing, QAD Service and Support, and QAD Enterprise Asset Management.
3. Proficient in Progress 4GL development, debugging, and testing.
4. Familiar with QAD Adaptive User Experience (AUX) and QAD Web Services.
5. Experience with QAD EDI, QAD QXtend, QAD Automation Solutions, QAD Business Intelligence, and QAD Cloud ERP is a plus.
6. Experience in QAD EMT and EDI E-commerce modules.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
