6) Take lead on sample design review

7) Lead project costing evaluation.

8) Support production engineer for process improvement.
支持工艺工程师的工艺改善
9) Lead analysis on customer returns for all magnetics products.
主导客户退回产品的分析。
10) Settle production issues for all magnetics products during new product introduction.
主导新产品导入时期的问题解决
11) Provide support for new material sourcing.
支持新物料的开发
12) Full responsibility for production issues for all magnetics products.
负责量产磁芯产品的问题解决

Requirement
要求：
Minimum 10 years experiences in magnetics design, of which 3 years in manager position.
至少10年的磁性功率器件的设计经验，其中有3年管理方面的经验。
1. Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
良好的英文，中文读写听说能力
2. Various application software, e.g. MS office, MS project, MS PPT。
熟练应用各种办公软件
3. Be familiar with ISO9001, IATF6949 standard, VDA6.3, VDA6.5 and related quality tools, e.g., APQP, MSA, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and so on
