Roles and Responsibilities
1. Implement the department's production plan, ensure the department's monthly and annual plan is completed.
2. Responsible for supervising operation standard of personnel, improving product quality level, improving production efficiency, reducing production cost, and assisting vehicle inspection workshop.
3. Assisted in personnel replenishment and training to ensure the staffing needed for production.
4. Implement production management planning, assist in the assessment of production personnel, and ensure the working efficiency and quality of production personnel.
5. Execute the decomposed company plan to ensure the required products are provided on time.
6. Responsible for daily management of production line, production site management and workshop layout.
7. Coordinate and communicate with other departments to find out relevant abnormality. And convey relevant policies and systems of the company.
Experience/Education Required
1. College degree or above.
2. More than 5 years of site management experience with connectors or cable in large enterprises.
