Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Supplier quality management and control
2. The implementation of the incoming material inspection, exception handling, and push supplier to improve.
3. New supplier qualification and certification assessment
4. Important suppliers monthly review, on-site audit, annual audit, and improvement
5. The abnormal material handling and improvement follow up. SCAR tracking and closing
6. Establish incoming inspection standards, training IQC.
Experience/Education Required:
1. Degree required: college degree or above.
2. Requirements: at least 3 years working experience in supplier management, has the good supplier management skills, familiar with quality management theory; Full understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 (RoHS) and ISO/TS16949 system such as the latest requirements, and flexible use of related system theory to manage the suppliers. Knowing the process of stamping, molding, plating and spot welding process and key control points.
3. Skills: proficient in ISO/TS16949 five tools, good English, good at communication
4. Training: ISO9001, ISO14001 (RoHS) and ISO/TS16949 system audits preferred, at least the above system internal auditors qualified third-party certification
5. Major requirements: science and engineering or business management class
