1.Daily morning meeting to recruit colleagues, read out the quality requirements of the production models of the day/production efficiency and safety schedule
2.Inspect DL staff to see if their work is consistent with SOP requirements
3.Follow up each UPH to ensure efficiency is achieved
4.Pre-job training and assessment for new employees, production line work discipline/65, material control
5.The normal and abnormal management of production lines can effectively control quality and production capacity
6.Collect/summarize the missing items of the day and complete other tasks assigned by the production leader
Qualifications :
1.Bachelor degree
2.3.5 years or above SMT on-site management experience (SMT-DIP process）
3.Team work skill
4.Good command in English, (if known Chinese language is prefer)
5.Flexibility & Good Logical Thinking
6.Able to work under pressure
7.Ability to work in Chonburi
