KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute the account strategies to drive market share gain at brand or vendor level for corporate accounts to exceed sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by developing new customers and maintaining an excellent relationship with existing customers.
• Understand market and competitive landscape, conducting competitor analysis to formulate the right sales strategies.
• Responsible for pricing negotiation with customers for gaining more business and to meet company's margin expectation.
• Manage multiple customer projects (from first product inquiries till the fulfillment of orders) efficiently and effectively.
• Lead and collaborate with different departments to meet customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS
• Higher diploma holder or above in any disciplines
• Good presentation, communications, organization and negotiation skills
• At least 5 years’ experience in sales management
• Experience in watch and accessories industry is of an advantage
• Energetic, proactive, aggressive and good project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Understanding of both international and Chinese business practices and culture.
• Willingness to travel frequently (mainly Hong Kong and China but also occasionally international trips)
