Requirements:
1. Minimum 15 years of experience in the sweater industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
2. Proficient in production operation management and daily administrative management. Candidates with additional experience in finance, shipping, social compliance, and marketing will be preferred.
3. Ability to independently host client visits, engage in business negotiations, and handle client-related issues effectively.
4. Prior experience in overseas management is an advantage.
5. CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency; must be able to use English as a working language and communicate directly with clients.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage overall operations in the Cambodia branch.
• Lead production, administration, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
