3、Qualifications & Skills
15+ years of experience in manufacturing management, with deep technical expertise in process improvement, equipment optimization, and plant operations.
Proven record in factory start-up, ramp-up, and capacity expansion.
Strong command of production systems, industrial engineering principles, and quality management frameworks (ISO, Lean, Six Sigma).
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-departmental technical teams and drive measurable performance gains.
Languages:
Fluent Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) (required)
