Responsibilities：
61 Plan, design, and implement lean strategies across all functions of the facility.
61 Analyze existing manufacturing processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
61 Drive the execution of lean initiatives, working closely with related teams.
61 Coach and guide employees on lean manufacturing techniques and best practices.
61 Develop and manage lean training materials and programs.
61 Coordinate with senior management and other teams to develop new systems and processes.
61 Familiar with VSM/JIT/TPM/SMED/Kanban and other lean tools.
61 Work with related dept to drive continuous efficiency improvement
Qualifications：
61 Proven experience as a Lean Manager or similar role.
61 Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and ability to implement them.
61 Strong problem-solving abilities.
61 Excellent leadership and team management skills.
61 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
61 Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel/Work/PPT.
61 Experience with statistical analysis and process improvement tools.
61 BSc degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field
61 Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a strong advantage.
61 English can be using working language

61 具备统计分析和流程改进工具的使用经验。
61 机械、工业工程或相关专业本科学历。
61 持有精益六西格玛认证者优先考虑。
