Job Requirements
1. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields is preferred.
2. Work Experience: At least 10 years of experience in SMT industry production operation management, including at least 5 years of experience as an SMT production manager or equivalent management position. Familiar with the entire SMT production process and management model. Experience in high-mix and lower-volume SMT manufacturing enterprises is preferred.
3. Professional Skills: Proficient in SMT production processes, including setting and optimizing process parameters for solder paste printing, component placement, reflow soldering, etc., and capable of solving complex technical problems. Familiar with the performance and operation of various SMT production equipment, such as SMT machines, reflow ovens, printers, etc., and possess relevant knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
4. Master relevant tools and methods of production management, such as ERP systems, MES systems, lean production, Six Sigma, etc., and be able to apply these tools and methods to improve production management levels. Understand relevant laws, regulations, standards and norms in the SMT industry, such as ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, etc.

5.5 Those who personally led the introduction of clean room and SMT equipment will be given priority.
