POSITION SUMMARY:

To perform testing and analysis according to relevant standard and specification and prepare the test or analysis report (根据相关标准和测试规范完成产品的测试和分析，并准备测试与分析报告)
Mainly responsible for chemical testing of mixed flowing gas corrosion, porosity, salt spray, resistance to solvent FTIR， DSC， TGA and so on （主要负责化学类测试与分析， 包括混合流动气体测试， 孔隙率，盐雾测试以及耐溶剂测试， FTIR， DSC和TGA等）。
Assist in the execution of SEM/EDS, 3D X-ray and failure analysis （协助执行SEM/EDS和3D X-ray及失效分析）。
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED (主要工作内容、岗位职责）:
1. Develops test or analysis plans to fulfill a test/analysis request 制定测试或分析计划以满足测试/分析要求。
2. Develops test or analysis methods/procedures and source equipment or external resource as needed to meet specific requests根据具体需求开发测试或分析方法/程序，并获取所需设备或外部资源。
3. Conduct the chemical testing and analysis. Provide technical service to related departments and customers进行化学测试和分析。为相关部门和客户提供技术服务。
4. Support some reliability testing as needed根据需要支持一些可靠性测试。
5. Analyzes, interprets, performs statistical analysis (as needed) and graphs/charts collected data 分析、解读、进行统计分析（如有需要）以及绘制所收集数据的图表。
6. Writes test/analysis summary or reports to document and communicate observation, root cause, conclusions and recommended corrective action编写测试/分析总结或报告，以记录并传达观察结果、根本原因、结论以及建议的纠正措施。
7. Start up and maintain the test/analysis equipment for routine operation and continuous improvement 操作并维护测试/分析设备，以进行日常操作和持续改进。
8. Trains others in the use of appropriate analysis and test equipment 培训他人使用适当的分析和测试设备。
9. Serves as a member of the laboratory team to improve the efficiency, quality, and reliability of the laboratory and its work作为实验室团队的一员，致力于提高实验室及其工作的效率、质量和可靠性。
10. Assists in the development of laboratory methods, procedures, and systems to improve laboratory productivity and when applicable to comply with ISO and other applicable requirements协助开发实验室方法、程序和系统，以提高实验室生产率，并在适用时符合 ISO 及其他相关要求。
11. Maintains an awareness of new technology and competitor’s technology via appropriate media (e.g. literature, patents, and trade shows) 通过适当的媒介（例如文献、专利和贸易展览会）保持对新技术和竞争对手技术的了解。
12. Performs other tasks at the request of Lab Management应实验室管理层的要求执行其他任务。
EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training) 教育/培训:
Bachelor’s degree, major in Chemical engineering or Material engineering （Metal or Polymer）,
化工或材料工程(金属或高分子)等相关理工科专业本科学历,
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:
1. At least 2 year working experience in connector or electrical component reliability testing, experience in chemical testing is preferred, e.g. MFG, porosity, salt spray testing. 至少2年以上的连接器或电气产品可靠性测试经验, 有化学类测试工作经验优先, 如混合流动气体测试, 孔隙率测试,盐雾测试等;
2. Good knowledge on analysis equipment and their working principle, such as Digital and Metallography Microscope, FTIR, XRF, DSC, TGA etc. 了解分析设备的使用及其工作原理, 如数码和金相显微镜,傅立叶红外光谱仪, 膜厚仪,差示扫描量热仪，热重分析仪等.
3. Good skills in Microsoft office software (such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc.) and Minitab 熟练使用微软办公软件 (如Excel, Word, PowerPoint等)和Minitab.
4. Good English reading and writing skill 较好的英文读写能力.
