POSITION SUMMARY:
(职务概述）:
To develop and design new products according to customer requirement, maintain existing products and product extension based on existing product, provide product technical support to production departments, product line managers and sales team. ( 根据客户要求开发设计新产品，维护现有产品及现有产品的扩展，提供产品技术支持给生产部门，产品线经理及销售团队)
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED (主要工作内容、岗位职责）:
1. Product design feasibility evaluation, product concept design and product cost evaluation according to customer requirement
(根据客户需求，进行产品设计可行性评估, 产品概念设计及产品成本估算)
2. New product development and design ( including CNA(Customer Need Analysis), DFMEA, DFM ( design for manufacturing ), product drawings/spec etc.) according to PACE procedure ( 根据PACE新产品开发流程进行新产品开发设计(包括客户需求分析, 产品设计的可制造性评估，DFMEA, 产品图纸／产品规格等)
3. Maintain existing products and complete product extension based on existing products ( 维护现有产品及现有产品的扩展)
4. Handle EC ( engineering change ) independently ( 独立处理工程变更)
5. Provide product engineering support to production departments, product line managers and sales team.( 提供产品工程技术支持给生产部门，产品线经理及销售团队)
6. Support QA to handle customer complaint due to product design issue (协助QA处理由于产品设计导致的客户投诉)
7. Lead and coach product engineers and product designers ( 领导并指导产品工程师和产品绘图员)
College’s degree or above of Mechanical engineering
（机械工程或相关专业的大专或以上学历）
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作经验和所需知识:
1. At least 7 years work experience on cable design and manufacturing experience; cable experience in industrial or ESS field are preferred.
（七年以上的cable设计和制造经验, 如有工业应用类cable或能源存储类cable经验尤佳）
2. Rich knowledge in engineering drawing and specification
（有丰富的工程图及其规格知识）
3. Familiar with new product development & design procedure
（熟悉新产品开发及设计流程）
4. Good skills in CAD, Pro-E Creo and MS-office
（精通CAD, Pro-E Creo 绘图软件和MS-office 应用软件）
5. Good command English include reading and writing
