Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Languages: English is a must, Mandarin is a plus
• Project Management certification is a plus
• Ability to travel and visit factories
• Experience working in a lighting factory as account manager to North American account is a major plus
Principal functions:
• Oversee the full product development cycle for a specific portfolio of projects, from conception and prototyping to production and delivery
• 3-5 years of experience managing product development projects in the
consumer-packaged goods industry. Lighting industry, home improvement or
home decor is a major plus.
●Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize a large number of active projects
●Strong negotiation,time management and organizational skills. Must be hands-
on in handling and solving problems
