1. Industrial, technology trends research and analysis
2. Customer visit to collect customer needs, customer pain points
3. Internal highspeed product (including bulk cable, form factor, material) concept generation, funnel, design, verification, timely to market
4. New product promotion for design in at customer ends
5. RD team coaching and development
6. IP application, new product marketing materials preparation, website update
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree and above, major in electronics, telecommunication or mechanical.
2. 8+ year experience in highspeed cable product development, with 3 years of experience in leading RD team
3. Good knowledge on cable assembly SI, mechanical, reliability, environmental
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, good plan, execution and team work spirit
5. Good command of English skills both in written and oral
