• Develop detailed Asia Packaging business intelligence around segment/customer trends & dynamics, packaging solution adoption and industrial chain analysis (OEM/ODM & competitor).
• Create and maintain the intelligence sharing mechanism with internal teams.
• Work closely with regional key customers and partners to understand market requirements and trends, customer’s unmet needs and behaviors.
• Market & customer insights consolidation for tactics development and strategic planning.
• Influence segment approaching tactics based on a strong understanding of segment & customer dynamics and trends. Work with sales, lab & operation team closely for down-to-earth plan execution and adaption.
• Bachelor degree is required, MBA highly regarded
• 3+ years experience in business intelligence/research with proven success/records from MNC or consulting firm. Experience for consumer electronics market and/or KA-OEM model is highly preferred.
• Highly energetic and passionate about bringing creative ideas and new opportunities to Asia market.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building relationships within all levels internally and externally.
• Strong analytical & strategic thinking and communication skills.
